Paid Satellite Imagery
When the final purchase decision is made for satellite imagery on EarthPaper, all data processing rights are transferred to our partners and the final supplier. Refunds are only possible if the final supplier fails to deliver the satellite imagery. No refunds are provided for successfully delivered satellite imagery due to security reasons and the completion of the purchase process.
※ After requesting the purchase of satellite imagery, the process outlined above may take anywhere from a minimum of 1 hour to a maximum of 7 business days for the user to receive the purchased satellite imagery. If the final supplier is unable to provide the satellite imagery purchased by the user, a refund will be automatically issued. Apart from that, if the satellite imagery is not delivered successfully, please contact us.
Super Resolution
The processing for Super resolution (SR) begins immediately after the purchase is made. If the user does not
receive the SR-processed satellite imagery from EarthPaper, the user can request a refund.
If the user
requests two or more satellite imagery, partial refunds will be automatically issued for the imagery that fails to
be processed.No refunds for satellite imagery once SR processing has been completed, due to security reasons and
the completion of the purchase process.
* Satellite imagery eligible for Super Resolution (SR) includes: Personally owned satellite imagery, purchased satellite imagery from EarthPaper, and satellite imagery saved as layers from EarthPaper

If the SR processing fails, a refund will be automatically issued. Apart from the failure of the SR process, if the satellite imagery is not delivered successfully, please contact us.
